Jeremy received a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Agronomy from Iowa State University, and then started in 2003. His favorite part of the job is working with customer and employees to be successful. Jeremy’s interest in agriculture sparked from working outdoors and the desire to be in a diverse career.
Sal started his career with Country Visions Cooperative in 1991, following his graduation from NWTC with an Associate Degree in Agribusiness. Sal was actively involved in agriculture from a young age. He was raised on his family's small dairy farm. He held many office positions each year in FFA, and was active in Postsecondary Agriculture Students in NWTC. His favorite part of the job is spring rush. "I've always enjoyed planting with the anticipation of a successful harvest." While working for Country Visions, Sal purchased the family farm which he currently operates as a heifer raising facility. On his farm he grows alfalfa, timothy, soybeans, and small grains. He also does some custom planting. On his free time, Sal enjoys going snowmobiling.
