Country Visions Connect - Online Account Access


We are excited to see the launch of Country Visions Connect, our new customer portal at Country Visions Cooperative. This new portal offers our customers 24/7 access to:

  • Viewing invoices and statements
  • Making payments  with expanded payment options such as Credit Card, Debit Card, and ACH
  • Viewing products and requesting quotes
  • Managing prepay and bookings
  • Directly messaging the Country Visions team
  • Accessing important documents via inbox
  • eSigning contracts
  • Viewing purchase and payment history
  • Mobile access, and more!

Country Visions Connect replaces the MyGrower app.  You are able to access Country Visions Connect on your computer or via the mobile app. You'll save time with easy access to the information you need when you need it. MyGrower account access is no longer available.

Starting in April 2025, Country Visions is transitioning to paperless statements for active Connect user accounts who are currently receiving a printed statement. As a cooperative, we’re always looking for ways to operate more efficiently and return more value to our member-owners. By going paperless, we’re reducing printing and mailing costs, which allows us to reinvest those savings into better services, improved patronage opportunities, and long-term benefits for our members. Thank you for your support!

The following applies to active Country Visions accounts using our Connect portal.

  • Statements for February (delivered in March with February charges) will still be mailed as normal. 
  • Starting with March statements (delivered in April with March charges), all active accounts in Connect who are currently receiving a printed statement will be transitioned to paperless by default. 
  • Customers who want to continue receiving mailed statements should update their preferences in the portal by March 25 in order to ensure a mailed statement. 

Country Visions Connect users should have received an email and/or text message notice about this transition which also had directions on where to go to select mailed paper statements if that is your preference. Customers can access their statement 24/7 using the portal. The portal also offers 24/7 ability for customers to make secure payments (ACH/credit card/debit card).
