If you have checked your tank and need a refill, please complete the form below to request to have a delivery made to your home, farm or business. Refill service is available only to current Country Visions customers in good standing. Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery as our driver routes are planned in advance.

This PROPANE refill form is only monitored Mon-Fri 7:30am to 4:30pm. If you are submitting this form after hours, on the weekend or on a holiday, we will respond to you on the next business day. If you have an emergency and its after hours, please call the AFTER HOURS # 920-373-1714.
