COVID-19 Business Update for Country Visions 3/24
Dear Country Visions Cooperative Customers,
On Monday, Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers announced that all non-essential businesses would be ordered to close and we all have been waiting to hear more details. Today, the Governor and the Wisconsin Department of Health Services issued a Safer-at-Home order related to the COVID-19 pandemic. The order will be in effect from 8 a.m., Wednesday, March 25, through 8 a.m., Friday, April 24. The order to cease doing business, does not include Country Visions, as our business supports the agriculture and energy industry and has been identified as essential.
We remain committed to providing the goods and services you need for your operation and home while also providing our employee group a safe working environment. Based on recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Country Visions will be taking the following steps to protect:
  • Avoiding in-person group meetings whenever possible.
  • Restricting business travel whenever possible.
  • Asking employees to self-quarantine for 14 days after taking personal international trips or when exposed to the coronavirus.
For our customers, we will continue to meet your needs during this difficult time.
  • We will continue to haul agronomy products and grain, as well as deliver propane and refined fuels. Offices will remain open for business, but closed to the public until further notice. For further detail on a local facility or service, please call that location.
  • Our Cenex C-Stores and Country Stores are still open at this time. Whenever possible both employees and members of the public are to be maintaining six-foot social distancing, including but not limited to when any customers are standing in line.
  • We can email, fax or mail documents as needed. If you have not already, please consider registering for on-line account access through our MyGrower program to view account information and pay via ACH. Use this link to get started: https://countryvisionscoop.com/Customer-Login
  • If you are scheduled to meet personally with a Country Visions employee, please contact them to schedule an alternate mode of communication.
  • We will be following all CDC guidelines and protocols for the health and safety of customers and employees.
This situation is ever changing. Please understand Country Visions will work diligently, but safely to provide the products and services that you need. If you have any questions, please call any location that you are working with.
Sincerely,
Steve Zutz
President/CEO, Country Visions Cooperative
